2.RFID label printing and information writing

The printing and information writing of electric meter electronic tags can be completed by the RFID tag supplier or the electric meter production factory, which saves the circulation of electronic tags and reduces system operating costs. Fonts and icons can be selected on the electronic label surface as needed. In addition to the electronic label that needs to be affixed to the electric meter, the power grid company's electric meter turnover box also needs to be affixed with an electronic label. This work needs to be completed by the power grid company itself. The box electronic label is mainly responsible for bundling the meter data information, adding convenience to the work behind the management system and improving operational efficiency.

3.Electronic RFID label pasting

The electronic RFID label supplier sends the printed label to the corresponding electric meter manufacturer. The electric meter manufacturer pastes the electronic label on the electric meter at the end of the electric meter production line, and ensures the correct pairing of codes to avoid confusion in the storage management of the power grid. Afterwards, the meter manufacturer will transport the meter with the electronic label affixed to the power grid company's warehouse for storage, verification and other work.

4.Meter storage

The asset management class unpacks the electric meters with electronic labels attached by the supplier and puts them into turnover boxes. The asset information of the electric meters is automatically obtained through the RFID fixed reader installed on the warehouse conveyor belt, and the information is passed to the warehouse management. The system enables large batches of measured assets and rapid storage operations.

5.Meter delivery

According to the business acceptance status and inventory situation, the pallet-level electric meter assets can be batched out of the warehouse at the same time through the outbound RFID reading equipment channel; multiple turnover box labels and the meter asset tag information in the turnover box are collected at one time, and the Outbound task orders are automatically checked. Provides display of outbound asset list, and can print the current outbound asset list;
